Total Voting Rights



The Company announces that the total issued share capital of the Company consists of    4,520,621 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 4,520,621. 


The above figure (4,520,621 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
