Director's Dealing
The Company has been informed that Colin Barrow, the Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 105 pence per Ordinary Share today.
The Company has also been informed that Mr. Barrow purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares at prices of 88 pence and 80 pence per Ordinary Share, on 5 August 2009 and 27 July 2009, respectively.
Following the most recent purchase, Mr. Barrow has a total beneficial and non-beneficial holding of 545,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.05 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
