Director's Dealing


The Company was informed on 28 September 2009 that, on that day, Colin Barrow, the Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 65,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 106 pence per Ordinary Share. 


Following this transaction, Mr. Barrow has a total beneficial and non-beneficial holding of 625,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.83 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
