Alpha Strategic was notified today that as a result of an acquisition under a
subscription agreement, dated 22 July 2005 and conditional on admission to the
Alternative Investment Market, Nicola Meaden is interested in 100,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 3.3% of the issued
ordinary shares capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of Adam Company (Nominees) Limited account
TIML.
