Alpha Strategic was notified today that, as a result of the reorganisation of
Strand Associates Limited on 28 February 2006, which involved the distribution
in specie of its investment in Alpha Strategic to its underlying shareholders,
Strand Associates Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary
share capital of the Company.
