                        Voting Rights and Share Capital

Alpha Strategic notes that provisions to be contained in the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority require disclosures by
companies registered in the United Kingdom relating to voting rights in the
issued share capital of the company.

Alpha Strategic announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has a
single class of shares in issue being ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary
Shares') and that there are 3,308,500 Ordinary Shares in issue. Each Ordinary
Share entitles the holder to a single vote at general meetings of the Company.
