Alpha Strategic was notified yesterday that following the disposal of 89,000
ordinary shares of 1p each on 7th March 2008, representing 2.7 per cent of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital, Horizon Management DP Limited no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Company. The shares were sold at 101 pence per
share.
