Director's Shareholding



The Company has been informed that Colin Clark, a non-Executive Director of the Company, has transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') from his personal holding to a Self Invested Pension Plan.


Mr. Clark's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.02 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
