Director's Interest in Shares
The Company announces that Mr. Colin Barrow, the Chairman of the Company, has informed it that the 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 15.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital in which he is interested are registered in a Nominee name. Mr. Barrow retains his full beneficial and voting interest in these Ordinary Shares. Mr. Barrow has taken loans from Rothschild Bank and whilst there is no arrangement between Mr. Barrow and Rothschild Bank in relation to the Ordinary Shares Mr. Barrow has confirmed that in line with normal commercial banking arrangements Rothschild Bank has a security interest over the shares and the right of set off between the assets and liabilities of Mr. Barrow held by it.
